Our blog is chock full of great ideas for fun things to see and do in Vaughan. We are always adding new content and updating old posts, but sometimes you might stumble upon something from our vault. If this article has inspired you to hit the road, be sure to double-check that the featured stops in this post are still welcoming visitors.

This is MadeIf you’re looking for unique and hand-made gifts this holiday season, look no further than This is Made in Woodbridge, located at 2 Tall Grass Trail, near Pine Valley Drive and Hwy 7.

This is Made is the first Collective Makers Boutique in Vaughan; with thousands of items in the store and online, you can find everything from home décor, stocking stuffers, candles, jewellery, clothing, engraveable items and more. Items are carefully curated and locally made.

This is Made

Owner Patricia Curto opened the store in 2019 and welcomes new creators throughout the year. There are currently more than 60 creators featured in the store. The holidays are one of the busiest times of the year, and Curto thanks everyone who is shopping locally this year.

“Like many businesses, we were also affected by the pandemic. If you’re holiday shopping this year, don’t forget to support local, and we have lots of ways you can do that at This is Made.”

TruckCurto also recommends shopping early; while artisans continue to create through the season, the holiday rush, plus shipping delays, can impact when you receive your items. This is Made is also open for in-store shopping and Curbside Pickup.
