The Conferences

The conference will include two full days of discussions, round-tables, panels and networking opportunities. Anticipated topics range from new legislation round-tables and panels, employment law updates, indemnification by-laws and Automated Speed Enforcement implementation tips and tricks.

In addition, our MLDAO afternoon will include sessions geared towards New Municipal Lawyers and Heads of Department, as well as opportunities to ask all of your “burning questions” during Fireside Chats with some of your favourite Heads of Department.

About the VMC and the David Braley Vaughan Metropolitan Centre of Community

The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (the VMC) is Vaughan’s new transit-oriented downtown core, at the intersection of Highways 400 and 407 and footsteps from the TTC Subway Station. Diverse, vibrant and green, the VMC offers amenities for everyone. At the heart of the VMC is our David Braley Vaughan Metropolitan Centre of Community, a collaborative space housing Smart Centres, the YMCA and City of Vaughan Library, studio and recreational space.
