Save and Spend Terms and Conditions
- Offer is valid for new bookings made during the promotion dates July 1, 2021 – September 6, 2021 and for arrivals between July 1, 2021 – September 6, 2021 at participating hotels in York, Durham and Headwaters.
- Offer must be booked directly with one of the participating hotels using the unique promotional code or direct booking link provided on the promotion landing page, located at https://yorkdurhamheadwaters.ca/save-and-spend. Bookings made through third party sites are not eligible for this promotion.
- Must book and stay a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. No maximum stay is required.
- Limited time offer and limited quantity available. Central Counties Tourism reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason, and to withdraw available participating hotels at any time.
- Rates and conditions may vary and are at the discretion of the participating hotels. Blackout dates and room type limitations may also apply at the discretion of the participating hotels. The availability of amenities at participating accommodations may vary.
- Promotion covers $100 CAD off the cost of the total room rate for a minimum of a consecutive 2-night stay. Taxes and fees still apply and will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. Not valid for discounted or negotiated rates, groups or existing reservations.
- The $100 hotel credit will be applied to bookings made with the promotional code upon check-in and deducted from the total bill upon check-out. The $100 hotel credit cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is non-transferable.
- Booking subsequent two-night stays as a separate reservation at the same participating hotel will be treated as a single reservation for multiple nights and only eligible for a single $100 credit. (i.e. Reserving a 4-night stay as two consecutive 2-night bookings will only be eligible for a single $100 credit.)
- A Notice of Collection card must be filled out by the guest to receive the promotional offer. (Vaughan specific)
