Nothing says fall quite like a trip to the pumpkin patch! Family-owned for more than 50 years, Robintide Farms (2720 King-Vaughan Rd.) is a local favourite for pick-your-own-produce and seasonal farm fun. Visitors can wander the pumpkin patch and corn walk, play farm games, shop at the market, and pick their own pumpkins and vegetables. Pumpkin season dates can vary so be sure to check with the farm before heading out.

Thursday, Oct. 1 to Saturday, Oct. 31

The Minifigure Monsters are taking over LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre (1 Bass Pro Mills Dr.) this October! Brick or Treat brings Halloween into the world of LEGO® with special seasonal building activities and plenty of chances for kids to put their creativity to work. The event is included with regular admission, and it’s an easy indoor option to keep in your back pocket for chilly or rainy days.

Friday, Oct. 2 and Saturday, Oct. 3

Step into a fantasy when Enchanta Village returns to The Village at Black Creek (1000 Murray Ross Pkwy.). This after-dark experience combines music, magic and mystery in the historic atmosphere for only two evenings. Prepare for an immersive experience as The Village transforms the historic site into a living fairytale with artisan vendors, performances and live entertainment.

Saturday, Oct. 10 to Monday, Oct. 12

This Vaughan tradition is back for its 179th year! The Woodbridge Fall Fair (9201 Islington Ave.) has been bringing the community together on Thanksgiving weekend since 1847. Head over to get all the local produce you need for family dinner. It’s a great way to spend your long weekend and make some fall memories in Vaughan.

Saturday, Oct. 24, Sunday, Oct. 25 and Saturday, Oct. 31

For Halloween fun that’s not too scary, head to The Village at Black Creek (1000 Murray Ross Pkwy.) for Halloween at The Village. Families can explore heritage buildings filled with Halloween activities, visit the Witches’ Lair, catch the Slimy Science Show and go trick-or-treating throughout the Village. Costumes are encouraged, so dress up and make a day of it!
