Unwind with a restorative morning yoga session at the McMichael with views over the Humber River Valley. Registered Yoga Teacher Rina Morra will lead gentle sessions of Vinyasa flow yoga to awaken the mind and body.
Open to all skill levels. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please note that this program is only open to participants aged 16 and over.
