Asado is more than a festival – it’s a celebration of Latin culture, community, and connection. Inspired by the traditional Latin American “asado,” where food, music, and stories bring people together, the event brings that same energy to life in the heart of the GTA.

Across multiple days, Asado transforms into a vibrant cultural experience featuring Latin flavours from across the region, live music, dance, local vendors, and interactive spaces designed for everyone to enjoy.

It’s a place where cultures meet, communities grow, and thousands come together to celebrate what it means to be Latin – or simply to be part of something unforgettable.

As it continues to expand year after year, Asado is on track to become one of the largest Latin food festivals in Canada, proudly supported for the second consecutive year by crowd favourite, Copacabana Steakhouse.
