Soak up the last bits of summer in Vaughan this long weekend!

Sunday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Join in on the fun at the Humber River Friendship Festival and Frog Race, taking place at Nort Johnson District Park (7800 Islington Ave.) in Woodbridge, hosted by The Rotary Club of Woodbridge. The event features activities for children, food vendors, live music, games and community vendors. Plus the famous Frog Race, which features 2,500 racing plastic frogs in the Humber River it something you don’t want to miss! Proceeds from the race will go to a chosen local organization in need.

Sunday, Sept. 6, from 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Make sure you add Canada’s Wonderland’s fireworks to your calendar! On select dates throughout the season, cap off your day at the park with an explosive, custom-designed fireworks display set to an original soundtrack that you won’t find anywhere else in Toronto! With multiple viewing points throughout the park, it’s a grand finale to a day full of FUN.

Please note that the fireworks start at approximately 10 p.m. Certain rides are subject to closing early on these dates.
