Tourism Vaughan works with conference organizers to help them source the venues that best fit their needs. How? It’s easy.

  1. Submit your criteria to our inquiry form. This helps us understand your needs, including the most pressing matters and the nice-to-haves. Criteria can be for just the venue itself, or it can have details for needed hotel rooms, evening celebrations, breakout locations, and more.
  2. Engage with our team. We’ll produce a lead inquiry sheet for you based on the criteria and send it to applicable venues in Vaughan.
  3. Receive bids from venues. With an all-in-one inquiry sheet containing your specific criteria, you’ll have an easier time comparing offers, amenities and services. Available venues will provide you with the specifications they have to offer so that you and your team can determine what works best for you.
